In 2023, my husband and I traded cheesesteaks for coffee and made Seattle our home. Nestled between dental schedules, I nurture feline companions and tend to my thriving indoor jungle. An avid explorer, I’m thrilled to trade skyscrapers for mountains, embracing the Pacific Northwest’s hiking trails and camping spots. As your coordinator, I’m not just here for appointments but to make your dental journey seamless and sprinkle a bit of Philly warmth in Seattle’s drizzle.

My name is Andrew Johnson, a proud father of five and graduate of C.F. Vigor High School in Prichard, Alabama. In 2010, I broke barriers as the first male to graduate from Fortis College of Mobile’s dental assistant program. When I’m not watching the news or cheering on the Roll Tide, I’m dedicated to my work in dentistry. I relocated to Seattle, Washington in 2017, seeking new opportunities to grow and make a positive impact in the world. Recognized for her leadership, Tamar has successfully managed and mentored dental assistant teams while excelling in chairside assistance, lab tasks, patient education, and front desk operations. Dedicated to fostering positive patient experiences, Tamar combines technical proficiency with outstanding interpersonal skills, ensuring efficiency and quality in every aspect of dental care.

Dental Hygienist
As a dental hygienist, my passion involves education and health. It’s important that patients receive excellent care and are always aware of the most current dental trends in order for them to make positive health choices. I appreciate that we work with a broad spectrum of the population, young and old, and diverse backgrounds and from all over the world.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I am an outdoor enthusiast and love to travel. I have a Goldendoodle named Ziggy, who is more like my child. Cooking is very therapeutic and relaxing for me; each night, I try a new recipe. I also regularly attend hot yoga classes and love to walk with my dog.
Robin
Dental Assistant
I’m Robin, AKA “Bean,” and I help both Dr. Johnson and Dr. Tran in the office. I have been in dentistry for a number of years and still enjoy every aspect of working with patients to enhance their smiles! One of my favorite things to do for patients is Zoom! Bleaching.
My hobbies include cooking, knitting, and am passionate about painting oils and pastels. I commission my work throughout the halls of the Medical-Dental Building, check it out sometime. I also dabble with pottery and sculpting, both for the office and at home. I have two parrots that I often bring to the office. You can ask to hold them on your shoulder or head. I also have an iguana (Alex), I like to take for walks in the evening after work.
I am an avid scooter rider in the summer, you can see me zipping through the streets of downtown after hours. I teach piano on Mondays as well as volunteer for many community programs.
