If you work in downtown Seattle, you already know the drill: packed schedules, back-to-back meetings, and lunch hours that vanish before you can use them. Fitting in a dental appointment shouldn’t require burning a half-day of PTO, and at Aesthetic Dental Associates, it doesn’t have to.
Aesthetic Dental Associates has been serving downtown Seattle patients from the same office at 509 Olive Way since 1983. Our doors open at 7:00 am Monday through Thursday, which means you can be in the chair before your first Slack notification and back at your desk before most of your colleagues arrive. We’re located in the Medical Dental Building, right next to Nordstrom and directly across the street from the Westlake Center light rail station, with validated parking available for patients who drive.
If you’ve been putting off dental care because you can’t figure out when to go, you’re not alone. But in downtown Seattle, the solution is a lot closer than you think. To schedule a new patient appointment with our dentists, call us at (206) 682-3888.
Why Downtown Seattle Professionals Keep Putting Off Dental Care
It’s rarely fear that keeps busy professionals from the dentist. More often, it’s logistics. A midday appointment means commuting twice, fighting for parking, and arriving back at the office flustered. A late afternoon slot means staying downtown longer than you want to. And weekends feel like the only real time to recharge.
The result is oftentimes six months becomes a year. A year becomes two. A minor issue that a hygienist would have caught at a routine cleaning turns into something that requires a much longer appointment and a lot more time away from work. Getting ahead of that cycle is simple when your dentist is already downtown, already open at 7 am, and already steps from where you get off the train.
What Time Does Aesthetic Dental Associates Open?
Our downtown Seattle office opens at 7:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Most routine appointments, cleanings, exams, and fillings can be completed well before 9:00 am, so you can stop in before your workday begins without any schedule disruption.
For new patients, your first visit (which includes a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, and a cleaning) typically runs about 90 minutes. That’s still early enough to start your day at a normal time if you book the first slot of the morning.
Getting to Our Downtown Seattle Dentist by Light Rail
Our office couldn’t be better positioned for transit commuters. The Westlake Center light rail station is directly across the street from our building at 509 Olive Way. That puts us within easy reach of:
- Capitol Hill — 2 stops south on the 1 Line
- University District — 3 stops north
- South Lake Union — short walk from Westlake station
- SeaTac / Tukwila — direct 1 Line service with no transfers
- Northgate and Lynnwood — direct 1 Line service heading north
If you ride the Link Light Rail to work, you can step off at Westlake, walk across the street, and be in our office in under two minutes. No rideshare, no parking search, no detour.
Parking Near Our Downtown Seattle Dental Office
For patients who drive, we provide validated parking in two convenient locations:
- Medical Dental Building garage — the same building our office is in at 509 Olive Way
- Pacific Place parking garage — just steps away on Pine Street
Validated parking means your visit doesn’t come with a surprise parking bill. Simply bring your ticket to our front desk when you check in.
If you’re coming from the Eastside, our location is easily accessible via Interstate 5 or State Route 99, and the Medical Dental Building garage typically has availability during early morning hours before the downtown core gets busy.
Serving Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Eastside Commuters
Aesthetic Dental Associates isn’t just a dentist for people who live downtown. Many of our patients commute in from Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, and Shoreline — and they’ve made us their dental home precisely because our location and hours make it easy to fit care into an already busy day.
For Eastside commuters, the math works out well: take SR-520 or I-90 into the city, park in our validated garage, get your appointment done before 9 am, and continue to your office, all without making a second trip into Seattle. For commuters using the East Link extension, Westlake Station is the western terminus, putting our office at the end of your line.
